"rien à redire"
La residence est propre, relativement calme, avec une gestionnaire agréable et efficace.
Manque peut être quelques éléments de rangements notamment pour la cuisine et la chambre mais convenable. Plutôt satisfaite -

"Residence correct"
Residence calme, parties communes un peu sales sinon bien au niveau des appartements. Un peu loin de la fac de medecine lde Lyon est possibilites de se garer facilement dans la rue des girondins. Quartier calme.

"Avis résidence"
Une résidence sans charme extérieure. La résidence intérieure est propre. Cependant le prix du logement comprend normalement une connexion Internet, dommage qu'il n'est pas précisé que le débit est tellement faible que l utilisation est pratiquement impossible. Par ailleurs, le montant du loyer est bien au dessus des prestations proposées et supérieur au prix du marché. L isolation du logement est faible ce qui entraîne de grosses factures d énergie.
