"Résidence Le Michel Ange, GESTETUD"
Bonne Résidence dans l'ensemble mais les prix sont très très élevé. Les services sont plus au moins bon. La laverie par contre n'est pas toujours bien nettoyée mais a part ça, c'est le prix qui pénalise et beaucoup de personnes ne veulent pas postuler dans cette residence à cause du prix élevé. On paye aussi 70€ comme assurance ce qui sert à absolument rien ainsi que les frais de dossier.

Votre commentaire est important pour nous. Nous allons faire le nécessaire pour rendre la laverie plus accueillante. Quant au prix des logements, ceux-ci correspondent aux prix du marché lyonnais et aux charges inhérentes à la gestion d’un immeuble.
L’assurance habitation est obligatoire. Nous en proposons une à 70 € mais si celle-ci ne vous convient pas, vous pouvez également passer par un autre organisme.

"Mon avis personnel sur mon vécu dans mon logement"
Durant mon séjour le logement est confortable malgré des fuites d'air venant de dehors a cause du train , le wifi on peux a peine aller sur internet et on est largement en dessous des 1mega proposé de base on tourne au alentour des 200/350 ko/s .

A propos d’Internet, le débit gratuit prévu est effectivement de 1MG. Si toutefois vous constatez des difficultés de connexion malgré les conseils de la hotline, le gestionnaire de la résidence prend le relais et intervient directement auprès du fournisseur.
