"Résidence bien située qui vaut le coup pour coloc"
J'y ai habité en coloc en 2018-2019, vaut vraiment le coup pour la coloc. Par contre studios chers. Plutôt came et agréable. Très bien situé pour commerces, métro et études
Meublé sans micro-onde, ustensiles de cuisine et autres qui sont obligatoires dans les meublés. Meubles neufs changés pendant que j'y logeais.
Ancienne gérante de la résidence pas très correcte, mais nouveau gérant très bien.
Salle de sport peu utilisée agréable + laverie fonctionnelle. Le wifi fonctionne très bien.
