The offer is available to students now for a period of 4 to 12 months for an average monthly rent of €856 with gas/water/electricity bills included.
When you opt for a 9 or 12 month stay, you benefit from a 5% discount each month from January and an additional 10% off this reduced rate from April. So, the longer you stay, the less you pay!
The accommodation is eligible for ALS/APL and we do not require a guarantor! You read that right, no hidden fees.
