By booking your student accommodation at The Social Hub via ADELE, you become eligible for a free ISIC card. This international student identity card gives you access to thousands of discounts (cinema, travel, shopping...). Once your lease is signed, you can order your card directly from your personal account.

The average processing time for receiving a response to your application at the The Social Hub residence is 48 to 72 business hours. Once you have submitted your application on ADELE, you will have privileged access to an internal messaging system (chat). This service allows you to directly contact the residence manager to track the progress of your application or ask further questions about your future accommodation.
Tip: Ensure your application is complete (guarantor and supporting documents) to expedite the approval process. -

By staying at The Social Hub, you may be eligible for ALS (Allocation de Logement à caractère Social). Although the residence is not "conventionnée APL" (under an APL agreement), the ALS provides nearly identical compensation amounts. We invite you to run a simulation on the CAF website to calculate the amount of assistance you may receive.
