Les espaces communs sont bien équipés, les personnes à l'accueil très accueillantes et gentilles. En ce qui concerne les studios ceux ci sont bien amménagés afin d'optimiser l'espace et en faire des pièces à vivre agréables.

"Une résidence moderne, très agréable et sécurisée"
Après 18 mois passés à Odalys Campus Artem, je suis toujours aussi satisfait des prestations de cette résidence étudiante calme et chaleureuse, avec un parking privé et un service de conciergerie.
Mon studio est neuf et lumineux (coin-cuisine bien équipé, salle de bains un peu petite mais fonctionnelle, prises USB...), l'accueil et les espaces communs sont propres et agréables. De plus, un atout de premier ordre est la proximité de mon lieu d'études, les Mines de Nancy.
