"Résidence agréable mais ancienne et "meublé""
Le logement loué meublé ne comporte ni éclairage dans la pièce de vie, ni vaisselle, ni four. En somme il ne répond pas aux critères d'un logement meublé. Pour avoir les éléments précédents il faut insister auprès de la résidence sans quoi on vous dira que c'est normal (ça ne l'est pas ! ). En dehors de ça la résidence est plutôt calme, cependant l'immeuble est vétuste et l'ascenseur est plus souvent en panne qu'en fonctionnement.
