"Résidence Studéa la doua"
Je trouve que c’est une bonne résidence, c’est assez calme, très bien desservi. Le seul bémol : les escaliers. Ce sont des escaliers de secours dont l’entrée se situe à l’arriere du bâtiment. Mais dans l’ensemble c’est bien !

"Très bonne résidence, mais mauvais accès internet"
La résidence est propre, fonctionnelle. Les appartements sont en très bon état, la tuyauterie, les plaques chauffantes, les meubles et la literie aussi. Seul l'accès internet fourni gratuitement avec Neo Services est déplorable. L'isolation thermique et l'isolation sonore sont aussi très mauvaises. Il y a à proximité la poste, deux pharmacies, un tabac, et une épicerie donc c'est correctement placé. Il y a aussi une borne vélov. Je suis globalement satisfait.

"prestations limites"
Le logement aurait besoin d'un bon rafraichissement, que ce soit au niveau peinture mais aussi le sol. Les réparations sur les choses signalées lors de l'état des lieux ne sont pas faites. Mon fils n'a toujours pas internet et personne ne règle le problème.

"Une résidence peu accueuillante"
Le service qui devrait être desservi par la gestionnaire de la résidence n'est pas au rdv. La plupart du temps elle n'est pas dans son bureau aux heures d'ouvertures. Quand elle est là elle renseigne très mal, n'est pas souriante ni aimable. Ensuite, les parties communes sont un peu laissées à l'abandon: le couloir de mon étage était délabré (vandalisme, pans de plafond qui tombent), le rez de chaussée souvent sale. A part les laves linges, aucun autre service contrairement à ce qui était dit.

"STUDEA LA DOUA"
Accueil très froid. Logement sale, surtout le balcon inaccessible car entièrement recouvert d'excréments de pigeons; Il a fallu 1 semaine pour faire nettoyer. La gestionnaire nous informe qu'elle n'est pas responsable des murs et de la rambarde du balcon, seulement du sol. Donc nettoyage partiel.

La résidence est bien située pour les études. Les isolations sonore et thermique ne sont pas très efficaces. Les couloirs et les escaliers sont un peu sales et sinistres. Un local ou parking à vélos serait très apprécié.
