"Super résidence!"

C'est une résidence super agréable avec un service au top! Ce n'est pas si bruyant étant donné que Villeurbanne en général est un quartier tranquille. Elle est située a 2 pas de carrefour Express si on doit faire des courses et il y a le mini pub Oxxo intégré au batiment de la résidence si on veut aller boire un verre et un pizzeria dans les alentours. C'est proche du Parc de la tete d'or et les transports en commun (INSA - Einstein pour le tram et CNRS pour le bus) sont facilement disponibles!

"C'est une bonne residence"

Cette residence est tres bien , proche de tout: l'université, le tram, un arret de bus juste devant, les commerces. Dans le prix de la location les charges sont comprises et l'internet est gratuit, cependant il y a quelques soucis au niveau de la connexion internet et il arrive de payer en plus pour les charges alors que le loyer est déja élevé.Mais rien à redire au niveau du service et du logement en lui-meme qui est neuf, propre et bien aménagé.Idéal pour un étudiant de l'université Lyon 1.
