je vis dans cette résidence depuis maintenant 1 an et demi.
Résidence calme, bien desservi, à proximité de la ligne 13 et de l'intermarché ou encore carrefourMarket.
Gestionnair top, toujours à l’écoute et serviable.
Une étoile en - pour la salle de sport qui manque cruellement de machines utiles et neuf.
Je ne sais pas comment ils se comportent, une fois le contrat résilié pour recevoir le dépôt de garantie si non je recommande.Manager response

L'équipe chargée de l'accueil a été parfaite, le logement propre et en bon état. Bien située au coeur de la ville avec des commerces de proximité, pratique pour un étudiant. La salle de remise en forme a été appréciée avec des appareils différents.La proximité du métro a été aussi appréciée.
