"Avis résidence"
La résidence est idéalement située, le personnel est très agréable, cependant l'appartement a été délivré dans un sale état, une intervention des techniciens a été facturée sans que nous soyons prévenus (nous la pensions comprise dans le loyer, qui reste très onéreux). L'appartement pourtant rénové comporte quelques problèmes (mauvaise odeur dont il est difficile de se débarrasser, tuyauterie qui fuit...).

Correct dans son ensemble. Point à améliorer : le calme et salle de sport mal équipé. Studio fonctionnel mais à rénover. Point positif présence d'un concierge et proche université.

"Avis"
Bon accueil, responsable sérieux, répondant correctement à nos questions et besoins.
Mais certains jeudis soirs, des étudiants vont dans la salle commune et le jardin, beaucoup de nuisances sonores (musiques, parle fort) jusqu'à plus de minuit...
Assez deçu car je cherchais un endroit calme...
C'est pour ça que je ne la recommanderais pas
Pour modifier celà il serait agréable que quelqu'un s'occupe de faire reigner le calme à partir de 22h max. comme c'est inscrit partout sur la Résidence -

"Cher pour ce que c'est"
La résidence en elle même est convenable. Le prix est excessif /rapport aux services. Exemple: le wifi déplorable (1 Mo de débit) et où l'on doit payer 10€/mois en + pour un débit de 4 Mo. La machine à laver et le sèche linge payant sont inadmissibles lorsqu'on payes 670€/mois (CC) pour 18m² (certes rénové mais quand même). Le concierge a des horaires très flexibles par rapport à ce qui est annoncé, handicapant pour plusieurs choses: la réception de colis. Je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit.

"Très bien."
Résidence avec tout ce qui est nécessaire sur place... laverie etc... quartier agréable et pratique car proche des commerces et proche des transports ( gare, métro, tram, bus). Accueil sympathique et réactif en cas de problème. .

Résidence étudiante sympa, mais wifi déplorable. Impossible de travailler correctement avec internet. Locaux relativement propre, personne de l'accueil pas toujours disponible. Service convenable. Rapport qualité/prix mauvais

"résidence bien située mais chère"
j'ai choisi cette résidence car elle était située près de mon école et que je ne restait que 4 mois (départ à l'étranger en janvier)
Cette résidence est assez agréable mais mon studio n'était pas meublé de façon confortable (petit lit au milieu de la pièce, pas de table, kitchenette peu pratique)
le téléphone ne passait pas, j'avais difficilement internet et la résidence est bruyante
