Étant étudiant au campus Carlone la résidence est à 10mn ce qui est un atout de taille.

bonne résidence, bien sécurisée, à 15mn à pieds de la promenade des anglais, sol en carreau (glacial en hiver), charges non inclus, un peu dégradée, personnel à disposition, laverie très très chère: 3.5€ le prix d'un jeton (lessive ou séchage),

"LES ESTUDINES NICE MEDITERRANEE"
Sur le papier et les photos, la résidences semblait tout à fait propre et fonctionnelle. Dans la réalité, les logements sont en mauvais état ( moisissures dans la salle de bain, murs défraichis, matelas de couchage sale, etc...). Il manquait en septembre des ustensiles de cuisine (Poeles) des chaises, et au 1er mai, cela n'était toujours pas arrivé dans l'appartement après plusieurs demandes... Comment cuisiner sans poeles? Je passerai sur un dégat des eaux, et un incendie trés grave.

"Logement très correct mais pas sécurisant"
Je suis très satisfaire de mon appartement. Néanmoins, le quartier est mal fréquenté, la résidence n'est pas du tout sécurisé puisque tout le monde peut rentrer. L'alarme incendie se déclenche tout le temps, il y a des problèmes de canalisations. Le gérant est très disponible et serviable, contrairement à la dame de l'accueil.
