"Comfortable and Easy to Move In Stay"
The Housing Studio apartment was easy to move in and settle In, its all pre equipped with all basic amenities and equipments to make our lives easier, this is my second year at this residency, and I have no complaints as much, all issues got fixed asap. Best Regard!

"Résidence calme"
Résidence calme et agréable, avec des parties communes (couloirs, laverie, salle de sport) généralement propres et bien entretenues. Le cadre de vie est appréciable et la résidence reste recommandable. En revanche, les loyers sont assez élevés, tout comme le coût des machines de la laverie, qui paraît excessif au regard du service proposé. Malgré ces points, l’ensemble reste satisfaisant.

"Modern, Clair, bestioles, manque de salle commune"
Bonjour, en gros la résidence est agréable, modern et fonctionnelle. Problèmes sont les silverfish est-ce qui manque est une pièce commune pour socialiser- salle télé ou jeux .. c,est véritablement dommage surtout parce que dans l’environnement immédiat il n’ya pas non plus un café ou similaire pour se rencontrer

"Residence correcte"
Le prix du loyer est particulièrement enflé, surtout en comparaison avec d’autres logements et résidences du coin. Les machines de linge cassent en permanence.

Rien de particulier à dire. globalement tout va bien sauf le bureau d'accueil qui ferme à 15h30 et où il n'y a souvent personne. très satisfait sinon.

Résidence fini avec hâte ce qui est dommage. Dite sécurisé aussi on peut y rentrer comme on veut car il y a souvent des portes qui ferme mal. Et le dernier point et pas négligeable c’est son montant élevé pour ce que c’est. Une des principales raisons de mon départ comme beaucoup d’autre personnes.

"Résidence idéale pour les étudiants"
J'ai passé 3 ans dans cette résidence que je recommande. Les studios sont propres et bien entretenus de même que l'espace laverie. Il y a un technicien pour les petits problèmes (changement d'ampoule...). De plus la résidence est très bien située proche de métro, boulangerie et Auchan. Cette résidence n'est pas réservée qu'au étudiants d'ARTFX, j'étais moi même à la fac des sciences et de pharma.
