It is in the heart of the Grenoble Alpes university area that you will discover the new Néméa Gières Campus residence. Ideally placed for student life, many shops and other spaces are accessible on foot (between 10 and 20 minutes):

The residence offers 102 accommodation units, from 19m2 to 32m2, all consisting of an equipped kitchenette (storage, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator), a bathroom with shower and WC, a living room with a pull-out bed , table, chairs, desk and wall shelf and a TV socket.
Other services are included, such as internet, bicycle storage, gym, loan of vacuum cleaner and iron, and a common room.
