"Résidence propre et agréable"
Nous avons loué, pour la rentrée de septembre 2026, un studio premium. L’accueil et l’état des lieux se sont très bien passés. La résidence tout comme le logement, sont très propres. Les services comme la salle de fitness, la
Laverie, le garage à vélo sécurisé sont appréciables. Une personne a l’accueil est présente tous les jours et peut, notamment, réceptionner les colis. La résidence est calme et proche de nombreuses écoles postbac (sciences po, les Mines). -

"Résidence agréable"
Mon avis global est très positif. Le personnel et les autres habitants sont très aimables. Je n'ai eu aucun problème de tapage nocturne ou de désagrément. Cependant, j'ai souvent un petit souci avec les poubelles : elles sont souvent complètement pleines, ou fermées, ce qui complique la gestion des déchets. De plus, lors des journées les plus froides d'hiver, il m'est difficile de me contenter du chauffage de mon appartement. En effet, le chauffage ne chauffe presque pas.

"Super résidence"
Cette résidence est super ! Bien située, entre la fac de sciences, les iut, la fac de médecine et le centre-ville. Personne à l'accueil une grande partie de la journée, prête à répondre à nos moindres questions. Résidence très bien entretenue avec salle de sport, laverie, parking, ascenseur et salle de co-working. Je vous conseille cette résidence avec le seul bémol le prix qui augmente un peu chaque année ! Mais super résidence étudiante dans l'ensemble.

"Incohérente"
de jolis meubles et une chouette salle commune, mais des équipements moyens (plaques éléctriques) et très peu de rangement, bien trop peu. Problème de VMC commune trop bruyante, baisse de tension occasionnelle. Pour un prix aussi élévé, j'attendais beaucoup mieux.

Tout est très bien, les locaux sont propres, si nous avons besoin d’aide nous l’avons.
Je n’ai jamais eu de soucis de bruit ou de nuisances sonores, sauf hier soir / dans la matinée (5h-7h), des étudiants étrangers (espagnols ?) ont beaucoup crié et parlé fort devant l’ascenseur. Je suis consciente que le jeudi soir c’est soirée étudiante mais pas à 5h-7h du matin.
L’établissement est très agréable à y vivre et rassurant. -

"Résidence fonctionnelle"
La résidence se situe idéalement sur le trajet du tram T1 juste à côté de l'arrêt Jean Jaurès, pratique pour aller au CHU et université en un peu moins de 20 min ou rejoindre la gare en 5min.
Le logement bien agencé est simple mais fonctionnel et propre.
Kit vaisselle fournie, frigo et plaques de cuisson.
La connexion internet est plutôt bonne et les parties communes bien entretenues.
Les gérants sont très réactifs, vigilants et disponibles.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix. -

"Très bonne residence"
J’ai loué pendant deux ans , et vraiment aucun problème dans cette résidence, aussi bien pour le logement qu’au niveau du personnel qui a toujours été arrangeant. Je recommande cette residence surtout pour une première année d’étude à Nancy
