"résidence très agréable dans un super quartier"
Résidence très bien située à la fois proche des commerces et du centre ville, accès au tram très proche. La résidence est toute neuve ce qui est un avantage. Le seul reproche pour ma part c'est que le logement n'était pas très lumineux en raison de mon emplacement.

"Presqu'île Malraux"
Les installations sont excellentes et avec une location parfaite. Cependant on a du attendre 2 mois l'arrivée de quelques outils des studios de même que des chaises. Le personnel de réception nous précisait à chaque fois que les chaises arrivaient le lendemain (pendant 2 mois ..); nous avons respecté nos engagements vis à vis de la résidence mais cela a été bien différent de la part de la résidence. Puis au début il y avait toujours quelqu'un pour la sécurité mais maintenant l'agent de sécurité n'est plus là .

"Avis mitigé"
L' appartement est bien équipé (malgré un sol un peu "mou"), et bien placé. il y a néanmoins un problème de relations clients et une salle de sport peu équipée. Un immeuble en construction qui n'a jamais été mentionné!
