"Résidence agréable"
Bonne résidence dans l’ensemble mais laverie trop chère et elle est située un peu trop loin des facultés.
Le gardien est agréable ainsi que la structure et les appartements et les services disponibles. -

"Mitigé"
La résidence est bien équipée. Les appartements sont un peu petits (ils font 20m² mais la salle de bain prend déjà une grande partie de l'espace disponible). La cuisine est très petite. L'appartement est aménagé avec style.
Cependant, j'ai eu quelques soucis de fuite d'eau. Si la fuite en elle même a été réparée, on n'a jamais refait mon plafond qui a été dégradé par celle-ci. Aucune compensation financière ne m'a été fournie à ce titre non plus.
