"Appart"

L'appart est bien agencé. Cependant, il n'est pas du tout insonorisé.
Le fait que les étudiants se garents le long du chemin menant au garage peut être assez dérangeant, car ils se garent n'importe comment. Ayant une Clio, j'ai du, une fois, renoncé à sortir de la résidence.

"Problèmes d'eau chaude et Internet"

Je suis satisfaite de ce logement, seulement globalement, j'ai de gros soucis d'eau chaude qui n'ont toujours pas été réglés des mois après mon installation. Je dois régulièrement prendre une douche glacée en plein hiver. J'ai rarement de l'eau chaude et quand c'est le cas, il ne s'agit que d'eau "tiède" et le réseau wifi n'est pas satisfaisant: impossible de regarder une vidéo.

"localisation de la résidence"

La résidence est bien dans on ensemble, mais heureusement que les studios sont bien insonorisé car la résidence se trouve entre la sortie de la ville, une route très fréquenté et une autoroute. Elle est aussi loin des commerce, on se sens donc vite isolé si on a pas de moyen de transport.
