"Nemea étudiant Dijon"
Excellent accueil de la responsable,visant tellement le bien-être des étudiants;n’hésitant pas à redonner neuf le matériel dégradé.Personne très investie.
Les prestations dans la résidence,sont tellement 1 plus ,pour aider les étudiants à mieux gérer leur vie,et donc leurs études..
Reste le loyer cher,pour des étudiants sans revenus.. -

"Nemea dijon"
C’est un très bon logement, bien placé et confortable malgré le loyer un peu cher c’est abordable si on bénéficie des APL . Ce que je trouve pas très juste c’est l’obligation de payer le loyer du mois d’Aout pourtant j’ai emménagé qu’en septembre.

"Très bien mais peut encore mieux faire"
Résidence neuve donc rien à dire sur la propreté, l'état des locaux, la sécurité, la modernité etc. Mais peut mieux faire niveau insonorisation entre apparts et quelques petites bricoles à entretenir/réparer comme des portes qui fermes mal et que tout le monde s'évertue à claquer ou encore les machines de musculations qui sont cassées. Pour le plaisir de demander le grand luxe : les clims seraient les cool (bien consciente que ce n'est pas simple à faire installer dans une résidence étudiante)
