La responsable sur place, Leslie, a été formidable avec nous. Nous arrivions de Maurice et elle a accueilli mon fils et la tout de suite mis en confiance. De plus Leslie a toujours été disponible pour toutes nos demandes.

"Meilleure résidence étudiante de Toulouse"
J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cette résidence. Super rapport qualité/prix. Responsable de la résidence très serviable, accueillante et amicale. Très belle vue pour les étages supérieurs. Entourage de personnes très sympas. Je recommande fortement.

J'ai passé un super séjour à Toulouse et au Campus des Carmes, la résidence est en pleine centre ville, c'est propre et safe. La pièce commune est agréable et permet de rencontrer les voisins, j'ai pu faire plein de rencontres dans ce lieu

"Résidence très agréable"
Une résidence très calme. Un lieu où le comfort est garanti ainsi que la sécurité, c'est un lieu sûr. Depuis que je suis venu, je n'ai eu aucun problème particulier.Des matériels en bon état. Je n'ai rien à dire d'autre.

"Excellente résidence."
Excellente résidence très proche du centre ville et donc de tout commerce. Le métro est à 2 minutes ainsi que le Tram. Une très bonne ambiance et un esprit très amical, plusieurs activités sont proposés chauqe semaine ( Même en période de Covid) ainsi qu’une agréable salle commune pour étudier ou pour s’amuser. En comparaison avec les 4 autres résidences que j’ai occupé pendant mes études celle là est la meilleure

Un accueil très professionnel et bienveillant de la part du gérant de l'établissement .Une situation idéale en centre ville proche métro et tram . Commerces variés . Immeuble sécurisé . Laverie et salle de sports communes .Les appartements du haut offrent une magnifique vue sur les toits Toulousains

"Bonne résidence"
Le gestionnaire est super sympa et à l’écoute. Il est réactif et dynamique. Les personnes qui y habitent sont gentilles aussi et très polies. Cependant l’internet ne marche pas (ou débit très réduit) ce qui est un peu agaçant vu le prix qu’on paye. Il faudrait vraiment penser à faire quelque chose surtout que les personnes de la l’année dernière se sont aussi plainds. Un petit nettoyage des vitre extérieur serait le bienvenu. Cordialement

"Campus des Carmes dans un beau quartier"
J'aime le campus des carmes parce il est situé dans un quartier central et qu'il y a beaucoup d'opportunités pour sortir (bars, restaurants). Aussi, le marché des carmes n'est qu' à 2 minutes d'ici. Il y a les vélos en libre service de toulouse qui se situent à côté ainsi que le métro "Carmes". Le studio est assez grand, parfait pour une personne. Il y a une grande salle de bains. La seule chose est qu'il y a en permanence beaucoup de poussière. Aussi, le studio n'était pas très propre lorque je suis arrivé.

Excellente résidence. Bien placée pour les transports, les commerces et mon lieu de travail. Manager très sympa et très disponible. Résidence propre et bien sécurisée. Résidence très calme. Studio très bien meublé.
