Les Estudines student residence La Coupole du Port offers 97 renovated, fully furnished and equipped apartments, from T1 of 20m2 to T2 of 54m2. The residence is located on the banks of Lez (Moulares tram stop), close to Espace Richter (Grandes Ecoles and Universities: ISEM, IPAG, UFR Sc. Eco, UFR AES ...) and Port Marianne. With 3 tram lines at the foot of the residence you can easily move throughout Montpellier, Le Polygone shopping centers and the Odysseum (aquarium, ice rink, cinema, bowling, karting ...), the train station and the city center are about ten minutes away. Always by tram (lines 1, 3 and 4) you will reach most of the faculties and higher schools of the city (law school, high schools Joffre and Mermoz, Faculty Paul Valery, Montpellier Busines School). Our rents include water, wifi internet and change of linen (every two weeks). We also have a launderette and parking in the residence. Our reception open from Monday to Friday and the presence of a technical agent are an asset!
