"visiter sur place au lieu de réserver sur internet"

Déçue par rapport a l annonce. Il n y avait pas de photos, seulement un schema montrant le futur ameublement.
Le jour de l' emménagement, j' ai été déçue de voir qu' une grande partie de la surface était un grand couloir, ce qui réduisait la surface de la pièce a vivre. Le matelas est de qualité moyenne.
Il était annoncé un lit a 2 places, alors que c' est un simple lit une place avec un tiroir lit dessous.
des travaux ont lieu en face et de nuit, effectués pour Nexity studea.

"residence agreable"

Résidence calme, les studios sont très bien insonorisés, meubles pratiques et bon confort. Les partie communes sont entretenues et la résidence est proche des commodités . Côté très pratiques avec laverie (payante) dans l'immeuble et fer et table à repasser dans la résidence. Les gérants sont disponibles et à l'écoute. Bémol sur l'isolation près des fenêtres.
