"Studéa Novalille"
La résidence est très récente, elle est très bien localisée par rapport à l'université et aux transports en commun.Le mobilier est très bien adapté et moderne.La cuisine est bien agencée:la hotte est très appréciée.Le personnel est à l'écoute.

"tout est neuf"
Residence neuve, pratique, sécurisėe. Dommage que de temps en temps le lecteur carte bleue ne fonctionne pas pour la machine à laver.
Pourquoi avoir été mettre un lit de 120 alors qu'un de 90 suffisait sachant qü'il y aurait plus de place. -

Je ne reprendrai pas d'appartement dans cette résidence qui est selon moi chère pour le peu de qualité qu'elle propose. Je regrette vraiment d'avoir loué dans cette résidence pour ma première année à Lille.

"novea Lille"
La résidence est toute neuve, d'un bon standing, bien sécurisée, ce qui est un plus pour y installer ma fille.
les prestations sont appréciables, en particulier la laverie et internet.
Deux remarques: manque de disponibilité du gardien aux heures où les étudiants sont présents (le bureau d'accueil est ouvert aux heures où les étudiants sont en cours! Il faudrait avoir parfois des horaires décalés.
Et impossible de se connecter au wifi sur plusieurs appareils en simultanée (Tel + PC) !
