"Studéa Loquidy Nantes"

Bien placée mais pas assez de magasins alimentaire autour - En Revanche, je suis en colère contre Nexity qui nous à loué un logement en sachant qu'il y avait de grosses infiltrations et pour l'instant rien n'est fait !

"Avis"

Appartement propre a l arrivee mais couchage tres decevant, banquette sans lit gigogne, ce qui avait ete pourtant indique lors de la reservation,, matelas en mousse JAUNE !!!! je pensais que ca n existait plus.
Sinon la residence est calme mais des commerciaux arrivent a y rentrer pour vendre des produits aux etudiants. .Le parking est un plus.

"Bonne prestation de la résidence Studéa Loquidy"

Très bonne résidence, mis a part le vis à vis de mon appartement et celui de la voisine. Les meubles sont un peu vieillot et l'appartement manque un peu de rangement (dans la salle de bain et pas de table de chevet). Sinon très bonne accueille et bonne prestation dans l'ensemble.

"Pratique mais chère"

Pratique mais chère. Petite chambre pour un prix élevé. Le tout est meublé certes, mais sans rien de folichon non plus. De plus, si l'internet est fourni (bon point), il reste des frais annexe comme éléctricité ou taxe d'habitation. + laverie (bon point)
