Located close to shops, public transport and the city center, the journey between your apartment and your training is no longer a problem! The 110 apartments in the residence (studios from 20 to 35 m²) are all fully furnished and equipped for your comfort once on site: - Bedding for 1 to 2 people depending on the type of accommodation (bed linen is provided; bed made upon arrival with a change every two weeks) - Storage cupboard - Complete kitchenette (hob, sink, fridge, microwave, dishes, storage furniture) - 1 table, 1 desk, 3 chairs - Bathroom and WC - High-speed Internet connection, as well as a telephone and television socket. - Laundry room with shared washing machine and dryer - Loan of vacuum cleaner and iron. All apartments are eligible for CAF assistance and the rent includes all charges!
