The "City & Park" residence welcomes you in a warm and modern setting. Located close to shops, public transport and the city center, the journey between your apartment and your training is no longer a problem! The 110 apartments in the residence (studios from 20 to 35 m²) are all fully furnished and equipped for your comfort once on site: - Bedding for 1 to 2 people depending on the type of accommodation (bed linen is provided; bed made upon arrival with a change every two weeks) - Storage cupboard - Complete kitchenette (hob, sink, fridge, microwave, dishes, storage furniture) - 1 table, 1 desk, 3 chairs - Bathroom and WC - High-speed Internet connection, as well as a telephone and television socket. - Laundry room with shared washing machine and dryer - Loan of vacuum cleaner and iron. All apartments are eligible for CAF assistance and the rent includes all charges!

    "Superbe Résidence"

    City et Park est une superbe résidence, proche du centre ville de Troyes des transport en commun et des université et écoles environnantes. L'accueil y est chaleureux, les logements sont très agréables.
    Je recommande vivement cette résidence.

    "Résidence City et Park"

    Accueil et logement très sympathique. Proximité du centre ville et de mon centre universitaire. Possibilité d'avoir des aides de CAF en tant qu'étudiant.Logement neuf et les services sont très appréciable.
