"Résidence agréable"
Les appartements sont vraiment agréables, bien agencés et lumineux. Les espaces communs comme la salle de sport, la laverie et la grande salle commune sont vraiment parfaits, côté appartement le miens à eux quelques soucis après travaux, un évier fuis depuis plus de 1 mois et l'entreprise n'intervient que aujourd'hui. Sinon rien à reprocher la résidence est vraiment incroyable ! Petit plus avec Clara toujours présente quand nous avons besoins d'aide !

"Residence Montecristo"
Située juste en face de l'école d'architecture, avec un carrefour de proximité, une boulangerie, une pizzeria et différents commerces a moins de 5 min a pied. Deux boulodromes juste devant la résidence pour décompresser après les cours, et les Machines de l'Ile et le Hangar a Bananes a environ 10 min a pied pour sortir en journée et le soir.

"Bien, mais des points à améliorer"
Très bonne résidence, parties communes en bon état, équipements appréciables. Mon logement en lui-même (studio 18 m²) est lui aussi très bien, en très bon état, lumineux et bien meublé. Toutefois :
- Salle de bain pas top : douche à l'italienne mal fichue (bonde du mauvais côté + pente trop faible = inondation quotidienne)
- La connexion internet, souvent désastreuse (j'ai vu mieux dans ma petite campagne)
- Les plaques électriques, longues à chauffer et chaudes 3h après
- Loyer cher -

"Confortable"
Les appartements sont bien mais il y a un problème avec les toilettes ce qui n'est pas pratique et les lits sont vraiment petit (il ne faut pas faire plus de 1m80). Ils y a des services mient à notre disposition mais la salle télévision n'est pas ouverte assez souvent. Il y a aussi des fois des personnes qui font beaucoup de bruit le soir (notamment quelqu'un qui joue du piano jusque très tard).

"Néméa Appart'Etud Montecristo"
Résidence sympa à la décoration originale. Cependant, il y a un gros problème de plomberie suite à un défaut de construction. Cela a entraîné des fuites dans certains studios nécessitant de couper certaines arrivées d'eau dans les étages supérieurs. Ce problème a mis des mois à être corrigé.
