This student residence, inaugurated at the end of 2019, is located in the vicinity of the Porte d'Arras district, recently renovated and in full revitalization, offers 130 fully-equipped one-bedroom and one-bedroom apartments from 18 m² to 32 m². Close to shops and public transport, it allows quick access to higher education establishments. With a city center just 10 minutes away by bus and metro, it is an ideal setting for a fulfilling student life. "Bonne résidence"
J’ai emménagé dans cette résidence récemment et j'en suis satisfait. Les logements bien pensés. L’emplacement est bien, à quelques minutes de l’université, ce qui me fait gagner du temps.
Equipements de qualité, et je n’ai rencontré aucun problème majeur. L’isolation est bonne, le chauffage fonctionne, et l’accès à internet est rapide. L’équipe à l'accueil est réactive dispo en cas de besoin. Ambiance conviviale, et les espaces communs permettent de rencontrer d’autres étudiants facilement -

"Résidence sympa mais beaucoup de choses à revoir"
La résidence est plutôt agréable, et donne très envi au premier abord. Puis lorsque l'on devient locataire, un tas de petits (ou gros) problèmes commencent a arriver : des problèmes d'isolation, d'électricité, d'eau chaude, de chasse d'eau, de plafonnier, de robinets, de chauffage, d'internet. Et on se rend compte que on s'est complètement fait avoir, car la proximité avec l'université ne vaut quand meme pas ce prix comparé aux services quasi-absent qu'on nous propose.
