"Résidence sympa"
La résidence est agréable et sympa. L'ambiance, l'accueil et le logement sont très satisfaisants. Les autres locataires sont respectueux de leurs voisins. La proximité avec les écoles et les commerces alentours est intéressante.

"Décu"
Plus de 6 mois après mon aménagement, aucune nouvelle des travaux prévu. Peinture à faire, matelas à changer, tringle à poser, réfrigérateur à changer . Je ne sais plus quoi penser, pour près de 700€ par mois je m'attendais au moins à avoir de quoi un réfrigérateur qui fonctionne.

"Belle residence avec des petits défauts"
L’appartement était parfait, les meubles nouveaux, très propre. Les défauts étaient la difficulté à repérer le responsable, car parfois les horaires à l'accueil n'étaient pas respectés. En plus, le sèche-linge ne séchait pas et personne n'est arrivé à la réparer. Dommage pour la salle polyvalente qui était toujours fermée à clé. Pas de lieux de rencontre. Les extras étaient un peu chers.
Toutefois mon opinion est positive et je la conseille, l'endroit est calme, ainsi que les voisins.
