"C'est une blague"
Commençons par le côté positif, cette résidence est (plutôt) bien situé. Voilà.
Pour ce qui est du reste:
-zone de travaux pendant encore 4 ans (finit les grosse mat)
-salle des fêtes à disposition de la résidence... ET DE TOUT LE QUARTIER qui ne manquera pas de mettre la musique à 150 décibel.
-portail en panne 1 fois sur 2
-gérant Excecrable et arnaqueur à gogo. Se permet de rentrer chez vous sans prévenir pour réparer qql chose.

"Studéa Talence"
Très déçu par la qualité des installations, je ne reprendrai plus un appartement dans une résidence Studéa. Pour le prix payé chaque mois, le réseau Internet en Wifi n'est vraiment pas au niveau, je dirais même qu'il est catastrophique. Les installations dans la salle de bain fonctionnent mal (petite fuite, mauvais écoulement de l'eau, robinet très dur à ouvrir). Seuls points positifs, le parking, la proximité des transports en commun et la sécurité de la résidence.
