"Vieille résidence"
La résidence est très ancienne, le prix des loyers est très cher par rapport à la qualité, les murs étaient taché, l'isolation (phonique et thermique) est déplorable. La laverie reste très pratique, la salle de sport est par contre complètement nulle (toutes les machines sont cassées sauf une ou deux) et la parking facilite la vie.

La résidence est bien située pour les étudiants de la fac de médecine et proche des stations de trams et des arrêt de bus; Pour les transports c'est génial et non loin du centre ville.
