"Logement très correct"
Logement très correct pour l'utilisation que j'en ai faite (1 mois). Seule bémol : l'occupant précédent était visiblement un très gros fumeur et l'odeur de la cigarette avait imprégné les murs, il aurait été bienvenue que le problème soit réglé avant mon arrivée.

"Satisfait"
La residence est calme et bien isolée. Les locaux sont propres et beaux, l'accès est sécurisé et les chambres sont en bon état. Le bâtiment est proche de l'université et des commerces ce qui est très pratique.

Un peu cher pour ce que c'est
Très très bien situé au niveau des transports
Plutôt calme
Pas vraiment de services annexes
Légèrement glauque (la porte d'entrée est très bruyante et flippante ) -

"Très bien situer à 15 mn de l'université Lyon 1"
Bien agencée, confortable, propre, commerces et bien desservis au niveau transport ( bus, métro, ect..)
Quartier calme et surtout proche de l'université Claude Bernard LYON 1 à 10/15 minutes à pieds, je recommande cette résidence.
