"Résidence agréable bien située et sécure"
La personne en charge de la gestion de la résidence est agréable et réactive aux problèmes qui peuvent se poser. On notera toutefois un manque de soins et de savoir vivre de la part de certains logés. Je recommande fortement cette résidence malgré le prix qui peut sembler un peu au-dessus du marché de la location estudiantine.
