"Excellente résidence"
Résidence au style moderne, proche du campus avec plusieurs bus ainsi que des stations de vélo. L'appartement est propre, sans dommages, le régisseur est très accueillant et aide si il y a le moindre problème. En revanche la connexion à Internet serait a revoir. Prix un peu élevé en comparaison des autres résidences étudiantes.

"Très bien"
La résidence était propre et mise à neuf. Équipée et très pratique. Les studios étaient très bien équipés.
Il y a une salle de sport et une laverie à disposition des résidents.
Ouverture sécurisé grâce à un code à l'entrée. -

"Avis positif "Univers Studio""
Cette résidence n'as quasiment rien à se repprocher.
Pouvant la comparer à d'autres ou certains amis habitent et que j'ai eu l'occasion de voir, je dirait que le seul point négatif est la salle polyvalente, qui dans certaines résidence est ouverte avec parfois un billard/babyfoot, et une autre fois une table de ping-pong, ce qui leur amène un avantage !
