The residence "La Maison des Chercheurs" welcomes you in one of its many student housing. Located in front of the tram stop "Velodrome", and close to the heart of Nancy, post office, supermarkets, fast food and university, pharmacies, MGEL, banks etc, the residence is also a few minutes from the scientific university center of Nancy -Vandoeuvre (universities, colleges and research laboratories, CHU, ARTEM). The residence offers 115 accommodation units: 20m², 30m² and 38m². All are fully furnished and equipped for your comfort: Bedding 1 to 2 people + sofa bed depending on the type of accommodation (bed linen is provided, the bed is made on arrival with a change fortnight). Cupboard, complete kitchenette (hob, sink, fridge, microwave, dishes, cabinets). A table, a desk and chairs. A bathroom with WC. The broadband Internet connection, as well as a telephone and television connection. A launderette with washing machine and dryer is available. Loan of vacuum cleaner and iron. The apartments are all eligible for CAF assistance.

Très belle résidence tout est parfait.l appartement et les meubles sont nickel . Bien insonorisé , pret de la fac des commerces et du tram , a L accueil Charly est très aimable . Les prix sont résonnables ,

"LOGEMENT ETUDIANT"
Résidence bien placée à proximité des grandes écoles ,des lignes de tram, et des commerces.
Les parties communes sont propres et entretenues, cependant le logement occupé aurait eu besoin d'une rénovation.
