"cité studéa toulouse rangueil"
Cette belle cité est bien entretenue et calme.elle se trouve à 800 mètres de l'école de mon fils.
Le ménage est fait régulièrement. Le local vélo est bien situé ainsi que le local poubelle.
L'accès est bien sécurisé. -

2 bémols: - parking très mal conçu
- Travail de la femme de ménage inexistant dans les parties communes (laverie, couloir,...)
Ceci dit, l'accueil et tous les autres services sont excellents.
Pour ma part, j'ai adoré la conception et les aménagements de ce logement. -

Résidence bien située à proximité de nombreuses commodités ; appartements spacieux mais très sommairement meublé, très peu de rangements, cuisine minuscule ; loyer onéreux pour les prestations offertes ; portail électrique dysfonctionnant régulièrement ; services à minima, peut mieux faire...

"Une bonne résidence"
A 3 min d'une ligne de métro, au pied d'une ligne de bus qui vous emmène à l'Université Paul Sabatier ou en centre ville. C'est une résidence très bien placé, de plus à 500 mètres se trouvent deux petits supermarchés et un complexe sportif (skatepark, terrain de foot, tennis..)
Très bien insonorisé, on n'est que rarement dérangé par nos voisins. Un personnel sympa qui organisent de temps à autres des soirées dans la résidence.
