"Résidence sympathique et bien située"
La résidence studéa grande bibliothèque est agréable, proche du métro 14, dur RER C et de l'université Paris Cité, elle est bien adaptée aux étudiants. Les chambres sont complètement équipées et suffisamment spacieuse. L'isolation thermique et sonore est mauvaise : double vitrage certes, mais l'absence de joint dans le cadre de la fenêtre laisse un trou vers l'extérieur et donne une prise d'air suffisante pour soulever les rideaux, il fait donc plus ou moins la même température qu'à l'extérieur.

"Résidence satisfaisante"
La résidence est bien située, à proximité de grandes enseignes de magasins, métro et tramways, bus et parc. Cependant, la résidence est assez mal isolée. Des grands flux d air passent sur les côtés de la porte, et en hiver c est invivable. La température à l intérieur est la même qu à l extérieur. De plus, l air passent également par les ouvertures des fenêtres. Peut-être une mauvaise pause mais vu le prix, on mérite au moins un habitat capable de retenir un semblant de chaleur.

"Emplacement et Service TOP mais tres vétuste"
Service des gestionnaires au TOP un Grand merci pour son professionnalisme et son efficacité, un réel plaisir de collaborer avec elle
Résidence agréable mais très vétuste et necessite un entretien générale (gerflex, chauffage, seche serviette, mobilier, rideaux, etc. On a du acheter un lit, changer sèche linge, refaire peinture, robinetterie kitchenette, internet, …. Ascenseur tombe en panne souvent. Propreté des parties commune très moyenne
