"bien situé mais très cher"

La résidence se situe à 6 minutes à pied du métro les juliottes ligne 8, le bus passe juste devant et à 15 min du centre de creteil...à ce niveau aucun problème...par contre comptez 680€ à 760€ (eau compris sans électricité ni chauffage) c’est très cher et le chauffage est ancien donc là dessus gros bemol mais si vous chercher un studio rapidement à Créteil pour 1 an ça peut vous dépanner...

L'immeuble est calme et les chambres possèdent un bon isolement sonore. Cependant de mauvaises odeurs dans les couloirs sont continuellement présentes. Des déchets sont aussi présents régulièrement dans la cage d'escalier et ou dans les couloirs (comportement de certains locataires).
