CROUS Paris residences and eligibility conditions

The 6,750 student accommodation at CROUS Paris ranges from single rooms with collective premises to T6 rooms intended for shared accommodation. In some cases, accommodation will also be available for short-term rental. Most of the CROUS residences are located on the outskirts of Paris, but a few are in the center of the city.
The CROUS Paris residences are all equipped and furnished, and apartments from studios to T2 are also furnished. The maximum stay in a CROUS residence is 5 years (3 for international students).
If you have to be a student to be eligible for CROUS Paris accommodation, you must also meet one of these additional conditions:
• Receive a scholarship and be enrolled in a higher education course (from bac + 1 to bac + 5) in an establishment of the Académie de Paris
• Be a foreign student benefiting from a scholarship managed by Campus France
• Be on a university exchange and be designated by their university
• Be physically disabled or visually impaired and hold an 80% disability card.
