"Très satisfaite"
Je suis restée trois ans pour mes années d’étude, et j’ai été très satisfaite. Le studio est petit mais conforme pour un étudiant. En ce qui concerne le bâtiment; il est propre, bien entretenu et bien situé. Le quartier est calme, il y a des commerces et restaurants juste à côté. Les transports sont aussi à moins de cinq minutes à pieds. Je recommande fortement.

"Résidence conseillée"
Très bonne résidence. En bon état, moderne. Placard murale et autres rangements, lit tirable pour faire un lit double. Assez bien isolé. Animations pour rencontrer les autres locataires.
Bien situé car à côté l'université Lyon II Bron, avec le tram T2 qui passe à proximité. Il y a une boulangerie, et le centre commercial à un arrêt de tram. Des places de parking gratuites autour de la résidence ou parking payant. Mais loin du centre ville, quartier tranquille.Manager response

"Résidence agréable et bien placée"
La situation géographique de la résidence est idéale car a proximité immédiate de la fac LYON II. Une boulangerie et un bar juste à côte sont un véritable plus !!! La présence du gardien ( très sympa) est sécurisante et très pratique

"Avis sur la résidence"
La résidence est très bien, la proximité de l'université et des transports en commun sont des points très positifs. Le logement est très bien agencé et pratique. Quelques problèmes sont à signaler au niveau des éclairages dans les couloirs qui reste allumés en permanence (au lieu de s'éteindre quand il n'y a personne), et de la ventilation de la pièce qui laisse entrer les odeurs de cigarette des autres locataires. Enfin, un réseau Wi-fi, c'est-à-dire, sans câble ethernet, serait plus pratique.

"Pas top"
La résidence est isolée de tout commerce et de toutes activités. Les chambres sont deprimantes (pas de luminosité, tout est marron). L'électricité coûte trop cher l'hiver, il serait plus intéressant d'avoir le chauffage groupé.
