"Résidence chère pour des étudiants"
Je trouve que cette résidence est bien placée mais coûte vraiment trop chère pour des étudiants. Il y a certains services qui ne sont pas à nos dispositions comme parkings ce qui est un peu dommage car déjà qu’on paye beaucoup encore payer le parking c’est pas top.

"Estudines Kleber"
la première prise de contact a été excellente et ensuite l’accueil pour l'état des lieux et le déménagement a été aussi très bon ; le service est toujours efficace lorsque qu'un petit souci matériel arrive dans le studio (ampoule, petite fuite...). C'est aussi une résidence très silencieuse, donnant sur une rue très calme, mais toutefois très proche des premiers commerces et des transports en commun.

résidence très bien située avec en plus possibilité de louer une chambre pour la venue de ma famille
les personnes de la conciergerie sont aimables et très disponibles, je ne regrette pas cette location -

"Ca ne vaut pas l'argent"
D'abord, le logement est vieux et trop petit. Si vous avez la chance, vous aurez une belle vue sur la rue mais trop de bruit, sinon vous aurez une vue du parking et le calme mais il y aura jamais du soleil.En addition au prix du logement, ils vont vous faire payer pour toutes les autres choses comme: l'aspirateur, les linges, machine a laver ou si une ampoule casse.Il y a juste 2 machines a laver et un seche-linge.Le pire c'est qu'ils entrent dans nos chambres sans permission si on n'est pas la.
