"Résidence accueillante"

C'est une résidence très bien entretenue. Elle est située dans un quartier relativement proche des commerces et des transports. Les chambres sont bien équipées. Les employés de la résidence sont très serviables.

"Mécontent"

La résidence, malgré quelques chambres en bon état, propre et moderne, est très cher pour le service offert. Le milieu universitaire est nulle, ressemble plus à une auberge de jeunesse ou bloc d'appartements. Cependant, les réceptionnistes étaient accueil très gentil et attentionné.

"Bien mais à améliorer."

Les prix sont exorbitants pour une résidence étudiante. On s'attend à un minimum de qualité. Or les studios et couloirs auraient besoin d'être refais (meubles, peintures, sols, plafonds, lampes, touche de MODERNITE). Quant au service du linge, ce n'est pas normal de recevoir du linge soit disant propre mais avec des grosses tâches dessus. La réception devrait être plus souvent ouverte, trop de fois le facteur a dû faire demi-tour avec mes colis parce que personne n'était là pour les récupérer.

"Bonne résidence"

Cette résidence est de bonne qualité : bon accueil, très bon gardiennage, plutôt bien située. Les chambres sont bien agencées et bien isolées. Les prix sont juste un peu trop élevés comparé au marché de Nantes.
