"Bon séjour pour quelques mois sur Lyon"
points positifs: proche des commerces, transports et écoles ; studio tout équipé avec cuisine et salle de bain à soi (lit double, bureau, table pour manger à deux...) ; propreté des lieux communs / lieux de passage ; peu bruyant ; internet compris
points négatifs: le personnel est parfois désagréable (accueil, technicien) ; le matériel prêté n'est pas de très bonne qualité ou parfois endommagé (aspirateur, chaise de bureau...) ; check in fait à la va vite, check out exigeant et pointilleux -

"Residence agréable"
Apres avoir navigué entre beaucoup de résidences étudiantes, Les Estudines de Garibaldi ont enfin été celles qui m'ont le mieux logé.
Un appartement propre et bien entretenu, un canapé clic clac = lit double !, la salle de bain était propre et avant chaque nouvel arrivant ils font un nettoyage spécial sur la moquette.
J'ai eu beaucoup de soucis de papiers et d'agenda encombrant, Les Estudines ont tout fait pour s'arranger pour pas que je dorme à la rue, merci pour tout. -

"Résidence calme, agréable à vivre"
La résidence est très calme de manière générale. Les parties communes sont sont souvent propres en dehors du local poubelle qui est parfois mal entretenu. Néanmoins la résidence est plutôt satisfaisante globalement et vu son emplacement favorable je la recommanderai surtout aux étudiants ou aux jeunes actifs.

"Avis Estudines Garibaldi"
L'intérieur du bâtiment est un peu triste. Un rafraîchissement avec des couleurs plus vives donnerait plus de vie. L'accès au sous-sol par ascenseur est parfois problématique et compliqué; l'accès au parking est trop complexe...
