"Résidence bien placée"
La résidence est bien placée du point de vue de la faculté de sciences qui est à même pas 1 minute à pied. Le centre ville n'est pas loin non plus. La résidence est agréable. Par contre, pas très bonne isolation. On entend les soirées des voisins, le froid rentre facilement dans l'appartement. De plus, je sentais la cigarette du voisin.
Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Il n'y a que deux machines à lever pour l'immeuble ce que je trouve TRÈS peu! -

C EST UNE TRES BONNE RESIDENCE , BIEN SITUEE, la rédisence est très calme , le seul petit bémol c'est que tous les appartements n(ont pas de cabine de douche (porte) mais seulement un rideau de douche ,

Si vous êtes pressé d'avoir un logement c'est bien les Estudines, par contre pas plus d'une année... Trop chère. Par contre ils ont les services comme dans un hôtel... Mais bon pour un étudiant je trouve que c'est trop chere
