"Belle résidence estudiantine mais cher."
Belle résidence estudiantine multiculturelle, dommage que la maintenance laisse à désirer (réactivité des petites réparations) surtout pour le prix payé (…). Mobilier « fatigué » équipant la chambre. La proximité des transports et de l’INP ainsi que la vue sont les atouts majeurs mais au prix fort.

"Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix"
La résidence est en mauvais état et à un prix exhorbitant pour la ville. Il n'y a aucun service excepté le wifi gratuit. Les lessives et les aspirateurs sont payants. Le seul avantage était la proximité avec mon école.

"avis sur la résidence"
La résidence est chère malgré le fait qu'il y ait quelques services compris. La connexion internet est médiocre et le fait que l'électricité ne soit pas comprise dans le loyer de départ rend la location encore plus coûteuse.
Cependant les logements sont propres et les meubles+vaisselle sont très correct. -

Avantages :
- situation idéale (tram B, lieu d'étude)
- Quartier, résidence calmes
- studio meublé (grand bureau), cuisine, douche
- laverie (3€), technicien et accueil, parking, ascenseur, possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner, changement du linge
- énormément d'étudiants (facile de faire connaissance)
Inconvénients :
- loyer cher ( 570€ pour 18m², compter 30€ d'électricité en plus)
- connexion internet très insuffisante
- local poubelle => tri inexistant
- personnel pas chaleureux
