"Estudine Europole"

Accueil et installation extrêmement rapide et facile.
Appartement plutôt bien construit (bien que la cuisine ne soit pas pratique du tout).
Services très accessibles.

"génial"

C'est une très bonne résidence je la recommande.Les locaux sont très bien entretenus. L'équipe d'accueil est très conviviale.Elle est proche de trois arrêts de Tram. On est a 10 minutes du centre- ville et à deux minutes de la gare. c'est parfait pour des personnes qui aiment bouger.

"Estudines Europole"

La résidence est propre, les appartements assez spacieux avec de bons mobiliers. Cuisine pas mal (mais plaques de cuissons usées et pas pratiques). A proximité de tout commerce (boucherie, boulangerie, marché, grande surface...), du centre, de la gare (4mins) et aussi de tout transport.
DEUX points négatifs : le prix (trop élevé) et le service (très lamentable, désagréable, voire nullissime !!). Le service doit VRAIMENT être amélioré d'urgence !!

"Un gérant très maladroit"

Mon expérience n'était pas forcément désastreuse, car la résidence se trouve à proximité de mon lieu d'études et les commerces sont assez proches. Néanmoins, le gérant de la résidence est maladroit voire même impoli (avec les locataires et invités de locataires). De plus, c'est une personne qui ne maîtrise pas du tout la langue anglaise, ce que je trouve scandaleux pour une résidence censée accueillir des étudiants internationaux. En somme, je ne m'y logerait pas si c'était à refaire.

"Très bon accueil, emplacement idéal."

Direction et personnel très sympathiques.
Un peu onéreux, mais très bien situé. Studio un peu petit.
La propreté à l'entrée laissait à désirer. Mais bonne réactivité du personnel en cas de problème ou de panne.

La résidence est très bien située du tram, de la gare et des écoles, et peu bruyante. En revanche, c'est très cher pour ce que c'est, les appartements ne sont pas particulièrement spacieux ou bien agencés, la déco est vieillotte dans certains appartements, et les meubles fournis ne sont pas pratiques, pas modernes et pas confortables.
