"résidence à améliorer"
Résidence bien située, mais plusieurs points restent à améliorer : propreté au niveau de la cage d'ascenseur, de la laverie (les machines à laver sont crasseuses, et le local poubelle un vrai dépôtoire, les poubelles ne sont pas vidées régulièrement d'où les odeurs.
Il y a également du bruit certains soirs de la semaine
L'accueil n'est pas toujours très agréable à part le monsieur qui gère pour la partie hôtel -

"Residence agreable"
Résidence calme et propre. Le personnel de la résidence est toujours la en cas de problèmes de logistiques ou de voisinage. Seul petit bémol au niveau du paiement en début d'année qui a mis un peu trop de temps à se régler. Mais sinon résidence à recommander.
