Located a few steps from the Quais du Lez, the Estudines Port Marianne residence enjoys an ideal location, in the heart of a pleasant and dynamic district. Our rents include water, wifi internet and change of linen (every two weeks). We also have a launderette and parking in the residence. Our reception open from Monday to Friday and the presence of a technical agent are an asset!

"Residence agreable"
Des couacs au départ car residence pas finie en totalité. Pas internet. Frigo n a pas de petit congélateur. Pas de laverie opérationnelle pendant 2 mois. Inondation dans certains studios. Difficile de trouver des solutions rapides. Mais par la suite ça va. Assez calme.

"Residencia Normal"
Llegué a Gestetud en Septiembre de 2024. Es un sitio agradable y con unas instalaciones correctas. Hay aspectos a mejorar. La entrada en la residencia fue mejorable. No estaba preparada para abrir en Septiembre, faltaban cosas básicas como el wifi (cuyo funcionamiento ahora mismo no es óptimo), las persianas, o recursos en la sala común o en la lavandería.No hay un supermercado cerca, y el tranvía no está tan cerca como lo que gustaría. No obstante, es un lugar agradable, tranquilo y muy cómodo.
