With 3 tram lines at the foot of the residence you can easily move throughout Montpellier, Le Polygone shopping centers and the Odysseum (aquarium, ice rink, cinema, bowling, karting ...), the train station and the city center are about ten minutes away. Always by tram (lines 1, 3 and 4) you will reach most of the faculties and higher schools of the city (law school, high schools Joffre and Mermoz, Faculty Paul Valery, Montpellier Busines School). Our rents include water, wifi internet and change of linen (every two weeks). We also have a launderette and parking in the residence. Our reception open from Monday to Friday and the presence of a technical agent are an asset!

Une très bonne résidence, bien isolée, bien située et très belle et lumineuse ! Attention cependant plusieurs points négatifs : les portes ayant des serrures avec une carte à biper, la plupart des gens n'hésitent pas à les claquer…et ce, peu importe l'heure (même si ce n'est pas vraiment le problème de la résidence cela en reste un). Par contre, cela fait deux ans que d'autres locataires et moi se plaignent des bruits venant du plafond…toujours pas réglé à l'heure actuelle…

La résidence est quasi neuve. De super installations dans les parties communes notamment la salle de sport et l'espace laverie. Les appartements sont très bien conçus, maximisant l'espace disponible, et sont très bien insonorisés.
