"Belle résidence récente, calme."
Les contacts par téléphone étaient compliqué, il fallait rappeler plusieurs fois avant d'avoir qqun.
En revanche, une fois sur place les interlocuteurs/ trices étaient formidables : très accueillants, souriants, efficaces.
La résidence est très bien pensée : laverie, ascenseur, local vélo surveiller par caméra . -

"Résidence agréable et sécurisante"
La résidence est propre et bien entretenue (sauf en ce moment où les poubelles ne sont pas ramassées). Les parties communes sont agréables et accueillantes, et sécurisantes avec le système de vidéo surveillance. Le logement est plaisant et bien équipé et les responsables de la résidence sont à l'écoute des petits soucis des étudiants. C'est calme, pas de bruit génant pour les étudiants. Très bon avis, à conseiller.

Onéreuse mais finalement les frais élec, chauffage eau wifi sont tous compris 👍.
Assez calme et surtout très proche du centre ville de Rennes, métro, etc.
